Samsung has started rolling out its major Health app redesign, bringing a refreshed interface and several new wellness features. The update introduces Vitals, which monitors overnight health signals, Heart Health Score for a simplified daily health rating, Daily Cardio Load to track cardiovascular strain, and Fitness Index to assess overall fitness levels.
The update also enhances existing tools, adding trend tracking for Antioxidant Index, automatic overnight monitoring for the AGEs index, and a new Hearing Health feature aimed at protecting users’ hearing. Although the rollout arrived later than Samsung originally promised, it is now available for users to explore.
