Samsung’s new Privacy Display feature, introduced with the Galaxy S26 Ultra, could expand to the entire Galaxy S27 lineup. The technology limits screen visibility from side angles, helping users keep notifications and sensitive information private in public spaces.
According to reports, all four Galaxy S27 models – including the standard version – will feature Privacy Display, marking a rare case where a premium feature reaches Samsung’s base flagship. Industry analysts expect adoption of the technology to grow rapidly, while other smartphone makers such as Xiaomi, Honor, Oppo and vivo are reportedly developing similar solutions for future devices.
