Apple’s smart glasses have reportedly been delayed until June 2027 as the company focuses on strengthening privacy protections before launch.
According to Bloomberg, Apple is developing features that go beyond existing solutions from Meta and Samsung, including on-device AI processing and avoiding technologies such as facial recognition. The company is also said to be exploring camera-free versions of the glasses. Apple is expected to unveil the device at WWDC 2027, with a consumer release planned later that year.
