Google says the Gemini app now has more than 1 billion monthly active users, making it the company’s fastest-growing product ever. Gemini joins major Google services such as Search, Gmail, Android, Maps, Chrome and YouTube in reaching the milestone.
The user base has grown rapidly from 400 million in May 2025 to 900 million a year later. More than 100 million users are on iOS, while Gemini generates over 150 million images every day.
Google is also expanding Gemini with 60+ new regional dialects, improved voice and camera features, more study tools and Android task automation across 40 apps.
