Apple is reportedly preparing two major health-focused improvements for the Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4: always-on heart-rate monitoring and a redesigned health and fitness app.
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the new app will provide more detailed wellness metrics, making it easier for users to understand their health data, similar to platforms such as WHOOP and Oura.
Apple is also reportedly testing a ceramic version of the Series 12 in white and dark gray, along with new band colors and configurations.
A major Apple Watch redesign is also in development, potentially arriving with the Series 13 next year, although it could be delayed until Series 14.
