Apple is making progress on a custom chip for potential smart glasses to rival Ray-Ban Meta glasses, according to Bloomberg. Based on Apple Watch chips and designed to support multiple cameras, the chip could enter mass production by 2026 or 2027, with the glasses possibly launching in that timeframe. Apple is also working on AR glasses, updated chips for AirPods and Apple Watch, new M-series chips and AI server chips.
