Samsung is reportedly considering a redesign for its future Galaxy S series, possibly starting with the Galaxy S27. The changes could include a new rear camera layout and better support for Qi2 magnetic accessories, along with potential camera upgrades.
However, the plan comes with uncertainty. Ongoing cost pressures – similar to those that delayed features in the Galaxy S26 lineup – could put the redesign on hold. As a result, it’s unclear if these changes will arrive anytime soon.
