Apple is reportedly working on the second-generation iPhone Air, expected to launch in spring 2027 alongside the iPhone 18.
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, the new model will keep a similar design but add a dual rear camera system with an ultrawide lens, upgrading from the single-camera setup. It is also expected to feature better battery life, though it’s unclear whether this comes from hardware improvements or software efficiency. The device, codenamed V62, is rumored to be powered by the A20 Pro chip already expected in the iPhone 18 Pro lineup.
