OpenAI is introducing ChatGPT Health, a dedicated section in ChatGPT that lets users connect health and fitness apps like Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, Peloton and others to ask personalized health questions. Built in collaboration with physicians, it features added encryption, data isolation, and a promise not to use health chats for model training. ChatGPT Health can explain lab results, interpret wearable data, and help prepare for doctor visits. The feature is rolling out to a small group of users outside the EU, Switzerland, and the UK, with medical record integrations available only in the US.
