Google and Epic Games made a secretive $800 million deal

Google and Epic Games have reportedly reached a confidential new partnership alongside settling their antitrust lawsuit. Revealed in court, the deal involves joint product development, marketing, and partnerships around Android, Unreal Engine and Fortnite, with Epic helping promote Android while Google uses Epic’s technology. The agreement is said to be worth $800 million over six years, paid by Epic, though the exact projects remain undisclosed.
