Xiaomi has unveiled the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G and Note 15 Pro Plus 5G, bringing a strong focus on durability and premium features to the mid-range segment. Both phones sport a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with up to 3,200 nits brightness, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra, while the Pro Plus uses the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. Both share a 200MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and large batteries, with the Pro offering 45W charging and the Pro Plus stepping up to 100W fast charging.
As an upgrade, Xiaomi has also equipped both phones with Xiaomi Offline Communication, a fairly new tool that supports voice transmission up to one kilometer in open spaces without network coverage (via Bluetooth and a proprietary protocol).
Durability is a key highlight, with IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K water and dust resistance, a reinforced fiberglass back, and SGS certification for 2.5m drop resistance. Additional features include IR blaster, NFC, eSIM, Xiaomi Offline Communication and HyperOS 2 based on Android 15, with long-term update support. Both models go on sale in India from February 4, 2026, with European prices starting at €399 for the Pro and €499 for the Pro Plus.
