The Galaxy S27 Ultra could receive updated versions of Samsung Log and Advanced Professional Video (APV), potentially improving dynamic range without increasing its maximum recording resolutions. According to a leak, video recording would remain capped at 4K/120fps and 8K/30fps.
Samsung is also reportedly reworking its photo processing to deliver warmer and more natural-looking colors. These software improvements could complement rumored hardware upgrades, including a new 200MP main sensor and refreshed ultrawide and selfie cameras. As the claims come from a relatively unknown source, they should be treated with caution.
