Meta’s v128 update brings turn-by-turn walking navigation to Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, allowing users to ask Meta AI for directions and hear guidance directly through the glasses without constantly checking their phone.
The update also adds Spatial Audio, new location features and improved privacy protections. Meta is now rolling out v129, which introduces Mono Audio and Audio Balance controls under the accessibility settings.
While v129 is still gradually reaching users, v128 appears to be widely available and is a major step toward making Ray-Ban Meta glasses more useful when walking in unfamiliar places.
